ok guys i know your all just going to quickly read over this but really take this into consideration. i bought two of these and i thought for sure i would be bumping for really cheap... well i was for about 2 months. theses subs dont give deep bass. they hum and i even have a sealed box. i had both subs pit within 2 months. these are very poor quality. i recommend alpine all the way guys, its just a few bucks more

This Kenwood subwoofer is really awesome. It performs great and has never given me any problems. The only thing i don't like about this sub is the fact that it's 4 ohm. That basically means you won't get the true power out of the subwoofer. If you hook up 2 subs correctly, they can turn into 2 ohm, but you have to buy more than one sub. Eventually i'm upgrading to a dual voice coil subwoofer, which is 2 ohm and can take a bit more power. But overall, this subwoofer is a steal for what you pay for it.

I bought the package deal including two KFC-W3012 12" subs with a Kenwood 1200 watt (400 rms) pushing both. As of right now, i'm not even really pushing my subs, and it still rumbles my 1990 acura legend, with clean undistorted bass. Would strongly recommend two of these, and a decent amp to push them!

I have two of these running on a Kicker ZX750.1 amp in a Atrend E12DSV enclosure and the sound quality is just amazing. They are capable of hitting some fairly low notes and they have really long excursion. You probably won't be winning any competitions with these subs, but, as I said before the sound quality is where these things shine. Rap, Country, Metal, Rock and just about any other kind of music sound great with these. If you're on a budget these are well worth your $$.

i ran these two of these with there own amps pushing around 300 rms. since day one you could smell them getting hot when the bass would knock hard at high volume repeatedly. come day #92 one of them just stopped functioning! so dont these if you like to them to really pound.
theyll just break.
